Vion Scherpenzeel mainly processes pig middles (the middle sections). The product range includes bacon, ribs – with and without bone -, bellies, belly strips, trimmings, rind, trimmed bacon, spare ribs and pork fillets. All products come both sliced and whole in bulk packaging. The main export countries apart from Europe are Japan, China, South Korea, the USA, Canada and Australia.
