Responding to demand is a key concern of beef and veal providers. The tailor-made goods are mainly purchased by German food retailers and cash-and-carry markets. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Düsseldorf in the Rhine-Ruhr Metropolitan Region, different customer requests can be met thanks to efficient logistics and flexible production. Up to 1000 tons are cut weekly by the long-standing company.
